If you encounter problems when using the API and need our help, please let us know:

  • The date and time of the error,
  • The route, parameters, and query string you are using, if applicable,
  • the response that you obtained,
  • A simple example of the use of the API that returns the error (sample code) or what you are trying to do.

This information will allow us to rapidly analyze the problem and provide you a solution. Please also let us know what Gandi account (username) you are using to connect with.
